Table Tennis England Volunteer of the Year Chris Beckley proclaims the merits of table tennis in a book which showcases healthy and balanced living.
He is included in A Picture of Health– Collecting Perspectives, released by the Medical Research Council (MRC).
Chris, that instructors throughout London as well as runs the Clissold club in Stoke Newington, stated his addition transpired due to the fact that among his pupils operates at the MRC as well as was looking at sights for the book from different individuals on what healthy and balanced living implied to them.
The book consists of payments from Mayor of London Sadiq Khan as well as previous Governor of the Bank of England Mervyn King, along with testaments from neighborhood numbers.
Chris’s entrance in the book consists of the line: “A table tennis club offers loads of fun for members of all ages to learn bat, ball and hand and eye co-ordination skills and, more importantly, raise their fitness levels, get active and stay healthy.”
Chris stated: “I gave an insight on how well table tennis is helping my life and health and of course how much of a lifeline my work is, running clubs and sessions and coaching people – inspiring, encouraging and improving my customers’ table tennis skills.”
